Are you passionate about making a real impact in your community? Do you believe that compassion, understanding, and creativity can truly transform the lives of people living with dementia and their loved ones? We are a small, innovative charity dedicated to supporting individuals with dementia and their family carers—and we are looking for a dedicated Dementia Support Worker to join our close-knit team.
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by dementia? Do you believe in empowering individuals and giving them a voice in shaping their own care and wellbeing? If so, we invite you to join us as our new Research Co-ordinator and Lead for the Good Life with Dementia Course.
The role involves regular meetings to discuss fundraising ideas and helping to raise awareness in the community.
The role is listening to our members and encouraging them to join in the activities and interacting with other members of the group.
You will be required to provide simple lunches at our Men’s Luncheon Club, and possibly other venues, where we currently provide either sandwiches or and hearty home made soup and bread, followed by a pudding.
